Chinchillas
Before purchasing a chin, please do some research FIRST! Chins cannot take temperatures over 75-80 degrees. That means the room in which they stay MUST have AC. I will list some websites soon under the Links that will have useful articles for potential chin owners.
I feed Kalmbach Gold Rabbit pellets, and timothy hay (loose and hay cubes). They also receive chinchilla safe treats, supplement or herbs at most once a day.
(Please note that most of chins are not in their prime show coats in their pics and could have used a dust bath or two)
