Sales Policy for Rabbits and Chinchillas
*Animals are not sold if unhealthy. We do not guarantee health once animal is out of our hands due to uncontrollable factors. Animals are nonrefundable once they are out our hands unless we determine otherwise.
* I will only hold an animal with a deposit(NON-REFUNDABLE) of 50% of sales price or $50 whichever is less. I accept cash or PayPal (friends and family option only) for deposits only and pick up must be made within 2 weeks of deposit being received or of the day animal has been weaned (unless other arrangements have been made) otherwise deposit will be forfeited. At the time of pickup the animal must be paid in full(cash only).
*We have the right to refuse sales for any reason. If a deposit has been received and We cancel a sale the deposit will be returned.
*If for any reason, you need to rehome the animal you bought from us please get in touch. We will not refund but as long as we have room and the animal is healthy (not exposed to other sick animals) we will take it back. If you still have the pedigree/birth certificate of the rabbit/chinchilla, I will consider buying it back if it is quality animal.
*I cannot guarantee that a rabbit will show well at ARBA/4-H shows nor gurantee breeding success. I cannot guarantee that your lionhead will keep its mane. I evaluate the babies at a young age and cannot predict with absolute certainty how they will look at maturity. if you are looking for a show/4H/brood animal and also want to get a baby, I will do my best at evaluation. Babies that I consider show potential, are ones that I think will turn out really nice and that I would keep if I had room. If you are looking for a show animal, I highly recommend getting an older baby or a young adult (that is for anyone buying from me or another breeder).
*Note of Courtesy: If you have made arrangements with me to come and meet and then find out that you cannot or do not want to come, PLEASE email or text/call me notifying that you are canceling. I will understand. Many a time I have had the animal caught and ready and then I waited around and no one showed up. Not only have I wasted a couple of hours but the animal has been stuck in a carrier waiting also. Thanks!
***Note on Mane Type and Hybrids in Lionheads: My lionhead kits will now all be double maned unless otherwise stated. DM Lionheads need to be groomed regularly because they can develop knots especially as babies (about 1-2x a week). All my lionhead babies are purebred to at least 3 generations unless stated otherwise.
